A Beautiful, Friendly Neighborhood

Goshen, Indiana is known for its neighborhoods and Waterford Crossing is one of them.  Being conveniently located to shopping, banking, churches, medical services, the hospital and Goshen College adds to the opportunities afforded people who choose to live here. 

The campus is anchored by a Neighborhood Center.  There are walking paths that connect the Condominiums to the Center, spacious lawns, shuffleboard, ponds stocked with bass and bluegill and beautiful landscaping that adds to the pleasant feel of our neighborhood.  Apartments provide convenient access to the center but also affords privacy, comfort and support to people who choose to live in the apartments. 

The Neighborhood Center has spaces for eating, exercise, crafts, games, meetings, social times and entertainment.  See our monthly events calendar for the events this month in the center. 

A characteristic of a neighborhood is people reach out to help each other.  From getting your mail while you are on vacation, to inviting you to join them in a game of cards; neighbors become friends. 

When additional support is needed, services are available on the campus be it Assisted Living, or Emily’s House for memory support or The Maples for rehabilitation or continuous care.
